  • What is the minimum rental period?

    One day, that is 24 hours. A 2-hour grace period is allowed; beyond that a new day is charged.

  • How old do I have to be to rent a car?

    At least 23. Your driving licence must be permanent and at least 3 years old.

  • How much does renting a car in Belgrade cost?

    From €33 to €120 per day, depending on the car and how long you rent it. The daily rate drops at 3, 7 and 16 days; 16 days or more gets the lowest rate.

  • Is a deposit required?

    For most cars yes, in cash or on a credit card, from €100 to €1,000 depending on the vehicle. The Fiat 500X and Peugeot 208 go out with no deposit.

  • Is mileage limited?

    Within Serbia mileage is unlimited. The 200 km and 400 km per day tiers apply to rentals taken abroad.

  • How do I pay?

    In advance, when the rental contract is signed, cash or card (VISA, MasterCard, DINA).

  • Can I take the car out of Serbia?

    Yes, with our consent. You need a green card (€25) and a border crossing permit (€20).

  • Do you deliver the car to an address?

    Yes. Within 10 km of the branch delivery is €20; every further kilometre is €1.20.

  • Can I pick the car up at the airport?

    Yes, at Nikola Tesla Airport, matched to your flight time.

  • Is fuel included in the price?

    No. You collect and return the car with the same amount of fuel in the tank.

  • What does the insurance not cover?

    Damage to tyres, the underbody, the windscreen and the interior, and any damage caused while under the influence of alcohol or drugs, or while driving without a valid licence or by an unauthorised driver.

  • What do I do in case of an accident or damage?

    Notify the police and us immediately. A police report is mandatory for every type of cover. Without it the full amount of the damage falls on the renter, even if you were not present when it happened.

  • Can someone else drive the car?

    Only the person named as driver in the rental contract. An additional driver is registered at pick-up for an extra charge.

  • Who pays traffic and parking fines?

    Fines are paid by the renter.

  • What if I lose the keys or the vehicle documents?

    Lost keys cost €200, lost documents €100.

  • Do you have automatic cars?

    Yes, 19 of the 21 cars in the fleet are automatic, including 7 SUVs and 7 premium vehicles.

  • Where are your branches?

    Belgrade, Tadije Sondermajera 4d (New Belgrade), weekdays 9am–4pm; and Vrnjačka Banja, 15. Oktobra 6, weekdays 8am–3pm.
